Nicolas is a great speaker.
1) great visual 2) brief yet material has substance 3) great example

while other speaker fluff up their speaking gig, Nicolas aim straight for the heart and soul.

Encourages us all to be aware of the psychology behind things.

Just as a note, this above presentation was for User Experience people and the IxDA HK association, so it might not work for all audiences. As I feel there are many articles out there about specific game mechanics, I decided to focus my talk more on the real triggers behind game mechanics and how it can help us look at our designs from a new angle.
